Precedence
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, if there is any contradiction between these documents, the order of precedence is:
- Any signed Order Form or Master Services Agreement (MSA)
- The Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- The Beta / Pilot Product Terms
- The Terms of Service
- The Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Policy
